Marufuku Ramen is an absolute gem! From the moment I walked in, I was impressed by the cozy yet modern ambiance. The service was attentive, and the staff made sure I felt welcome and comfortable. Now, let's talk about the ramen--it's out of this world! I tried the Spicy Tan Tan Ramen, and it was absolutely amazing! The spice level was just right, adding a perfect kick without overwhelming the flavors. The combination of the spicy, savory broth with the ground pork and noodles created a truly satisfying experience. If you love a bit of heat, this is a must-try! Not to mention they had my order ready within 5 minutes of ordering!!! What really stood out was the attention to detail in every aspect of the dish. You can tell the chefs take pride in their craft, and it shows in the quality of the food. The portion sizes are generous, and you definitely get your money's worth. Overall, Marufuku Ramen is a must-visit for any ramen lover. Whether you're a seasoned ramen aficionado or new to the scene, this place will not disappoint. I can't wait to come back and try more from their menu!

I was too hungry to take decent pics of their ramen bowls. But this place is a gem inside Japan town. It's a small place and the line is long. Get your name on the waitlist , go shopping at Daiso and come back in 30 mins. Wonderful service, and delicious ramen! I got the spicy tonkastu. You can pick the kind of noodles you want. I got the curly yellow noodles. My kids got the crunchy karage chicken. . They loved it. My party also got the spicy noodles and the rice bowls. Everyone loved their respective dishes.

Haven't been to Japantown for a very long time. Since we are in the neighborhood on a Tuesday night, we decided to grab some yummy ramen at Marufuku. Joined the waitlist and went to browse at the bookstore nearby. I think we have waited for about 10 mins and our table is ready. The restaurant is bussing on a Tuesday night. Servers are all friendly. I see many solo diner which is awesome. Hubby got the DX and I got the regular. Don't let the bowl fools you. It holds SO MUCH yummy broths and noodles. Neither of us could finish our bowls. We also got the chicken karaga. I would say it's good in terms of flavors. unfortunately, it's warm instead of pipping hot. It is very disappointing to have warm fried chicken. Very sad. All in all, I would say it's a solid 4 stars ramen spot.

Affirmatively my favorite bowl of ramen. I like mine spicy with extra ginger and corn. Located in japantown in the east wing. You'll find neighboring places like Sophie's Crepes (also a must try) and the Kinokinya bookstore. Things to try: Hakata Tonkotsu DX Mentaiko Bowl Karaage Bowl Takoyaki Fried Shishito *If you arrive early, they serve an off the menu special roasted chicken (sweet and savory) rice plate; only 10-15 order available per day.* No wait times, unless you arrive at open (11AM), are unheard of but, check in at your arrival with Yelp and explore the many things japantown has to offer and the average 30-60 min wait seems unnoticeable.
